Rumor has it, Parc Estates was built during the time United Airlines was flourishing in Indianapolis. Parc Estates is located off 21st St. between 465 and Girls School Rd. A straight shot down Girls School lands you at the north side of the airport.
Streets names like Glendora, Hollywood, Thousand Oaks, Pamona, Fullerton and Santa Anna, may have been an attempt to help the California transferees feel at home.
United Airlines pulled it's operations out of Indianapolis, and Parc Estates remains as a very nice neighborhood in Wayne Township.
Homes in Parc Estates range in size from 1300 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq ft with a basement. Traditional in style, homes here offer many styles and lots. Single level, two story, wooded lot and pond lots. With home prices beginning in the low 100's,

Parc Estates North is, appropriately located on the north side of 21st St. The lots in Parc Estates North are a bit larger.
This area is served by the Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township.
