Paula, that home in Ann Arbor would be 189 to 200K.

This looks like a nice home at a great price. Good luck with it.

Missy-WOW, what a difference. Indianapolis Real Estate is actually one of the least expensive in the nation, with the average family spending only about 20% of their income toward housing. Like Michigan, though, our market is driven by industry. With our share of layoffs and facilties closing, we don't have the homeownership % we should. Thanks for stopping by!

James - Thanks! We make it shine above others on the market, but luck is also welcomed!

Wow!!  The beautiful green.  I bet it won't take very long for you to find a Farley homebuyer for this gem!

Paula - love learning what $105K will buy in Farley, IN - a lot home more than in Clearwater, Florida :-)

Paula,

Nice presentation for this home.  I have tried postlets but I haven't tried vflyer yet.  I may have to give it a try as well and see which one I like better.

Robin- Green, Green, Green!! Don't get much of that in Tucson! I have decided what I love about the Midwest is the trees and grass.

Cyndee - I also enjoy looking at homes in other areas and find myself comparing design, style and price. Farley is a subdivision in Wayne Township in Indianapolis.
