Hi Paula, How are yo. I just returned from vacation and logged on and right here on top is your new post. Nice properties. I hear your market in Indianapolis has weathered pretty fair through most of the real estate crisis. Prices have dropped but sales have been OK. It is so nice to see you on here again and hope all is well in your life.

William - How are you? I've been away awhile and realize I really miss the people here. I am still trying to figure out how to make more than one blog work in the grand scheme of things, but you will see me around more. Sales here actually did take a beating; not like California, but still, it hurt. Mostly, because homeowners here did not have the equity growth when rest of the nation did.

I became acquainted with Active Rain when I was on site- things had juuuust started to slow down. Those homes are beautiful- something about new does it for some people. My favorite onsite partner used to tell visitors that they wouldn't have to worry about "dirty toenails in the carpet"...
