Austin Lakes, appropriately named for the neighborhood with lakes. On a recent weekend day vist, there were children fishing in one of the lakes. Residents in their backyard, relaxing with a view of the lake and ducks wandering around.
On the other end of the neighborhood, behind the Christian Life Center families and children were gathered for soccer games. Many children throughout the neighborhood were out playing basketball.
The homes in Austin Lakes were built between 1991-1999 and range in size from 1365 square foot to over 3100 square foot. Few were built with basements.
Homes in this neighborhood are priced between $124,750-169,900.
The neighborhood is served by the Avon School District.
