I have driven by Heathermor several times and decide to go in and look around at the neighborhood and their models.
The day I was there, it was a cloudy spring day, so my outside pictures needed a bit of photo editing. These beautiful blue skies were actually grey. The weather did not dampen my impression of this community, though.
I stopped at the office and talked with Deb for a while. I toured the model homes and took some pictures of their beautifully decorated homes.
Heathermor, a Davis Homes Community, is located off 200N, East of Dan Jones Rd. Community features include a swimming pool, playground and basketball court, as well as large areas of open green spaces.
What impressed me most about Heathermor is the selection of homes available. There are 9 ranch models and 13 two story models to choose from. Ranch homes range from 1500 square foot to 2310 square foot and are priced from $130,490-168,990. Two story homes range in size from 1600 square foot to over 3700 square foot with and priced from $135,905-206,990. Two story homes are available with a basement.
Deb told me the St. John model was the buyer's favorite last year.
